Many accountants prefer Peachtree but Quickbooks is used more widely, partly because is it a more intuitive software to learn.

Both are working great - easy to set up, each has an intuitive app, and I can customize the types of alerts I receive.  

Totally worth the remodel expenses and down time. 3- your intuition on being careful with your tenant dealings is 100% spot on.

Books for all of my businesses are kept on Intuit's Quickbooks and everytime I have an issue with a payment not processing correctly, RentRedi tries to get me to change to a different payment processing method.
