If the seller is offering zero compensation, that property could be out of budget from inception or drastically reduce the seller's potential buying pool as initially it might appear out of the buyer's budget or feasibility if required to compensate their side directly.

I hire a pluming company replace a shower drain he quoted me at $560.00 He had down the initial inspection and the never mentioned anything about the shower pan being damaged.Today he came out and said that the that the drain was corroded from all the hard water and was not able to remove the drain, he them send me photos of the shower pan with a whole near the drain and the tools use to try to remove it.

Downside is initial investment per Unit ( 1-2 bedroom apartments ) will need about 30-40k renovation, 10-15k furnishing and if you hire people like me, it will cost you another 20k from getting the long-term tenant/vacant  and unrenovated apartment out to your first MTR tenant in your dream MTR property.

One challenge with this is that some people only have a first initial given as their name, so the punctuation that appears next must be typed followed by any other numbers or letters.

We recently found a licensed contractor reasonable enough that we now call him for things that aren't an emergency, initially saved us thousands off management's estimate for repairs due to a break-in during a turnover (apparently management calls an outside contractor to quote potential insurance claim repairs, and he was beyond ridiculously expensive).
