It was rightfully known as a crime infested ghetto run by inept politicians that are desperately trying to cling to power with a changing demographic base.

Curtains or blinds I would replace.All this is easier and less time consuming than dealing with a flea infestation. 

You don't want to treat for the wrong pest infestation.

First thing that stands out (to me) about this situation is that the infestation is on the top floors, not on the first floor or basement. 

Said there were bug infestations and squirrels nesting in the walls.

For those that wonder if i should even be in the bizz, you can go back to your roach infested, slumlording properties.

I said it makes no sense to move into a KNOWN crime infested area, and then complain about the crime.

It's in their best interest to get rid of the buggers and get rid of them fast before the infestation grows.
