Some people like all the aspects of single family homes and others perfer dealing in mulit family complexes. 

Funeral service is great, I love the aspect of what I do but I hate that it comes with the price tag of always being there for someone elses family before my own. 

Have you done your due diligence outside of the financial aspect?

all three are distinctly different in form and function.roofstock is more of a MLS type system highly automated representing civilian sellers by and large and some turn key companies will list their stock on Roofstock.. its pretty snazzy however after care is between you and the PM.Homeunion has some hybrid of turnkey marketing company in the same vane as Jason Hartman Maverick Norada etc.MI is what many consider the gold standard in turn key investing.. very deep experience in the space.. and control all aspects..

Second, if you look in other markets be sure to look into the long-term stability aspects of the city, the total number of units in the city, compare that to the total number of SFR.

You will make more $$ doing the business aspect that other cant do, than you will by saving some $$ by laying that new floor yourself.

The mental health aspect is making it very tricky.Help, please.

If you are worried about exit strategies and the rural aspect of the investment raises your risk for resale, then calculate that into your price and buying decision.
