If you already own the timeshare then no harm in putting it up for rent. 

If you want to form a parent LLC or holding company for legitimacy when talking to banks, or to show cash reserves, there's no harm in that (but it's not absolutely necessary either). 

Trying to reassure her, I sent her links to the EPA site (https://www.epa.gov/ingredients-used-pesticide-products/glyphosate) which states that it isn't harmful when used correctly.
