Instead, leave the floors their natural color and just use multiple coats of a satin finish polyurethane.I've never had crews stain on any floor refinish job, except for a client that wanted to go with a white wash (over gorgeous maple).

The bathrooms have that vintage pink and black tile.

I have a property that the state wants to buy for open space.. its has deep creek running through it which is a gorgeous just as it sounds little river with tall timber on both sides.. ferns the whole Pac northwest jibe.. well the state also has a trail that will run from the inner city always out into the mountains like 50 miles.. one state agency wont give me a right to cross it.. and the other state agency wont buy it without a permit to cross it.. well one year and a very sharp attorney we finally are getting the use permit.. but geez these people.. the alternative is I build 3 spec homes and the land is forever not for public use.. 

I always love going on Realtor or Zillow and comparing what I pay for a 1 bedroom condo in North Jersey and then see a gorgeous 3 bedroom home in GA for example with property going for the same price.It's all relevant I guess, but if you are able to live in an area that is significantly less than what you are bringing in, then that's a home run!

I haven't had any major complaints this year about heat (I pay for it in my big pink apartment) but I'd really like to switch over to BBE).Mike is right, after doing research BBE is by far the BEST for rentals as long as the electric service can support it.I took Mike's advice and bought some big DIY books, and running new wire for the units doesn't seem to be hard at all (It seemed much harder to me to begin with).

My jaw dropped when I saw how gorgeous it was, and what a great view it had!
