Hello! I've been doing much research over the past few weeks and am ready to begin looking for a few properties to run some numbers on. Any agents in the northern NJ area??

This is not intended as an ad but to answer your question of my personal involvement and if I teach.I also suggest that new folks (well most everyone) get a copy of a text book for agents taking the exam to become a Realtor, used books can be found on Amazon and to understand the basics of real estate you don't need a new or current text, the basics have not changed.

To make the deal happen, you might have to convince seller to hire attorney to approve language for agent to use.

It happens, and for agents it's really awesome.But my agent said that a lot of fishy stuff was going on here, and I was wise to smell it out.

I have heard Boston is an interesting rental market for agents.  3 apartments in the Raleigh market would earn you $500 if you were lucky

To be specific I'm looking for agents that work mostly single family homes.

But at the same time, I really didn't want to be forced to put it ALL away for age 59 1/2 (or whatever it will be by the time I get there) so I was looking things over and came across the SD IRA LLC which seemed awesome. 

does direct mail work well for agents?
