In the entire brokerage of 180+ agent's there was a grand total of 3 who had some level knowledge, THREE.

They may or may not require underwriting on you as a person, including credit checks, asset levels, etc.

There is a entire component of marketing or searching out a property and while many can bodger there way through, most can not do it on a proficient level.

Eg if the bedrooms are all upstairs and the only bathroom is on the on the same level, then adding a half bath to the main floor would be handy as guests wouldn't have to go upstairs to use it.
