While sometimes an afterthought in the fixing and flipping process, staging a home can be an effective way to market your property and entice buyers.Walking into an empty home void of any decor can make it difficult for many potential buyers to muster enthusiasm for the property.

The Guru/Mentor industry seems to be based on the newbie enthusiasm phenomenon.

As much as it annoys me, I try to realize that he is a good force to contain my enthusiasm and keep us from over-extending.

I would never want to hold back enthusiasm, but 2-3 months of patient grinding is probably what you really need right now (what I would give to be 19 again).

I appreciate your enthusiasm on this thread, but some of it comes across as self promotion and not in the spirit of an open discussion. 

I am very impressed with you young investors, with all you enthusiasm, you will go far :-)
