Perhaps you can enlighten me.Even though you disclose you are an agent and you are acting as a principal in this transaction it doesn't release you form acting ethically because of that trust they have for you as an agent who should know the true value of the property.I know there are others who act as an agent and wholesaler but I cannot see how to do it without taking advantage of the seller. 

Erica Muller You posted great information that will hopefully enlighten, provide understanding, and inform those Investors regarding the pros and cons as well as prime Florida locations, to pursue such investments.
