Total newbie to Real Estate.

Hello,

My name is Michael I am a total newbie to real estate even though my wife and I own our townhouse but that is as far as my real estate experience goes.  I never thought about real estate investing until a month ago when my wife and I went to a three day seminar and I guess that is when I got the bug and wanted and continue to want to learn as much as I can about this fascinating and rewarding industry.  I am so grateful to have came across this site and I have no doubt that this will enlighten me and grow my knowledge about real estate investing.  Thank you.
