I thought of  exploring duplexes but wonder if this would be a good option as a first-time purchase.I will certainly consider reaching out in the near future - - thanks!

Anthony here, my wife Chynna, and I are relatively new to real estate investing, but we’ve already taken our first steps by acquiring two multifamily properties—a triplex (where we currently live) and a duplex.

I want to buy a house-hacking property or duplex around the SoFlo area, but I'm wondering it it could be a better idea to invest OOS in Huntsville Alabama where I could afford a quadplex or something of that measure.

In that same community, I also own an acre of land that I desire to construct a build-to-rent duplex.

I am a first time homebuyer looking to purchase a multifamily unit (duplex/3plex/4plex) in the San Antonio/ Boerne area.

I am currently closing on a duplex in Tucson that I want to use one unit for MTR.

Typically I have my painter come in a "touch up walls" like 300 bucks max.

4 duplexes all occupied.  

I live near Philadelphia, Pa and don’t see many duplexes or up in my area.

Replaced carpet, textured walls and painted.
