DIA has had direct flights to/from Europe for quite some time and has only been opening up more transit routes with companies like Iceland Air.

The cost of advertising, your gas and time showing the unit, etc.So, you probably ate up that $1020 for the turnover, and a year later, your new tenant could end up moving out anyway, and there you are again.And I disagree that a tenant won't move over $50 - $60.

I have a BIG kero bullet heater that I got off a mechanic who worked outside, he said that he'd work in a tee shirt out in the dead of winter, this thing throws so much heat.

No pet food left outdoors.No bird food or bird feeders.Call a pest control company but these are main suggestion..Any garage the cars could be stored inside might help.This can also be a huge issue inside homes, the mice get in and eat the insulation on the electrical.. we had a fire in our neighborhood.. cause mice ate wires, was a newly rehabbed house on the river 459K and burnt the day before closing.. insurance covered the rehab costs.
