I really debated about putting this out here but I have got so much from reading these forums and listening to the podcasts, I felt compelled to share.

managing a property in Italy (well, Sicily, we can debate whether that's the same country or not ;) remotely has been a great way for me to learn about investing in real estate too!

There are so many debates on these forums and on the blogs already about leveraging versus paying all-cash, you should be able to find them with no problem.

I will be debating on this until I talk to my agent in a few hours.

Thanks for the replies…I have debated doing this so many times…I feel it is the way of the future and that cable companies will eventually phase out…most people that I have talked to that have cut the cable, they all end up going back :-/
