@Dale Miller would you come back 4 different times to accommodate 4 different tenants who didn't do the dishes in the sink or pick their dirty clothes up off the floor. 

Imagine you’re at a track and you’re watching a 100 meter race.You see the athletes at the starting line..Kneeling down and poised to explode.They’re ripped and in shape..They’re wearing all the right clothes and shoes…They’ve been training for this event for many months.

The tenant has been great thus far (he has lived in my property almost 12 months) but works for a large clothing retail company and retail is doing horribly right now. 

This could be a function of the paneling and firring strips pulling moisture out of floor, or could just be a damp basement.
