It scares the crap out of me to think of what could happen if they were to cause a fire by using electric space heaters. 

You can have a one bedroom house with 12 bathrooms, you're still only going to have 2 people crapping and showering in those 12 bathrooms and washing their clothes in that laundry room.

Don't worry about all the probate crap... if the the title "aka  deed"  has dad's name on it, walk away...otherwise, if the guys name is on it, probate is done. 

Took a long time to get a tenant in it because everyone who applied had crap credit.
