There are a number of very useful blogs and free ebooks/guides for beginners you should definitely check out.Also, browse around the file area (in Resources/FilePlace) for cool forms and files/books, etc...Last but not least, be active in posting in the forums, whether it's asking questions or giving back in areas you're better at.
