Another area that has a similar mix of properties is East Kent Avenue, south of SE Marine Drive, overlooking the Fraser River.  

I'm currently looking for fix and flip deals in SE and SW Atlanta, Decatur, Mableton, Cobb, Stone Mountain and so forth that I can acquire at under 100k and are primarily cosmetic rehabs.

I would consider applying if Denver wasn't so far away from SE Texas.

Most of what I buy cash flows fabulously (~2% deals) but are also class C rentals on the SE side that IMO take an in-area approach.

@Blake WilsonI do not know what the “answer” is per se but we did a home equity loan on a rental and used it for a down payment (25%) on a rental.

Hey Mark what title companies do you recommend in SE Michigan that are investor friendly and willing to do Simo closes on REOs or FSBOs?

I've got maybe 10 on my list, and I don't know that any of them are "go-to" guys per se, but I know that they have access to cash.
