I affiliate with them so the conversation can get set up fast and serve better for a more in-depth talk.So if the LLC is going to hold RE in a state and that is why it is registering to do business as a foerign LLC, then yes I would say that it does weaken the WY LLC.

I plan to purchase either a distressed MFH, or a distressed SFH with an ADU, a potential ADU conversion (shed, garage, separate suite, etc.), or the potential for sqft to be efficiently added during the rehab (screened porch, carport, concrete patio area, etc.).
