If you don't have chemistry with one, just find another. 

And when his little meth lab explodes in the third month, everyone will of course blame you.

I work in logistics and study chemistry, so I've got a good amount of analytical power in my brain, just never quite applied it in this way.

When someone doesn't understand Chemistry or Physics or Geometry, we can blame the school system.But, when someone chooses not to master the ability to read, write and speak their native language, that's pure laziness on the part of that person.

The ones I can think of are: allergies (other tenants might be allergic)noise (my bird is the noisy one in our household)property damage (yes, the little dog who is from California, pees in the house sometimes..ugh)Fear (my big dog is 110 pound black lab) of Dogs/Cats/AnimalsFear of lawsuits if the animal hurts someone elseI'd like to discuss what can be done to alleviate these and any other objections as much as possible.  

There are always interesting people moving here because of the university, the hospitals, the lab and nuclear facilities in Oak Ridge, a Scripts TV network, etc.   

When people call and say they have a lab/retriever/hound "mix" it is ALWAYS a doberman/pit/rot/chow mix :)Good luck on this, I feel your pain...

Had a blood lab that's been there for 10+ years, also a large pediatric practice, none of the tenants are affiliated with the hospital...BUT,  I'm going to pass on this. 

I work full time as an IT Lab Engineer and have a lot of experience with IT. 

You could evict, re-rent and find the new tenant has a meth lab.
