I tend to think of it as a place to catch a fishing charter or visit the state park.Not that it is a bad place, just be careful and don't be too gaga about the price. 

Often it takes sometime to catch on and realize the technology is no better.

However, a contractor stopped by to do some other work in the apartment and told us that if he was us, he never would have allowed it, she is parked right by the garage where it charges overnight and he told me that if this Chevy Bolt catches fire our house will burn down and we are liable for car and everything.

I might also recommend a security camera to catch people trespassing and if/ when they tear down or damage the fence.

But it takes the city a while to catch up on these things and issue the fines, etc. 

Due to work finally catching up with me, one of my thoughts I've been throwing around in my head is the following:The house I am currently living in use to be a two (2) family dwelling.

Jim you keep doing these post like this and NO ONE is going to buy rentals ever again LOLbut seriously I like that you balance out all the blue sky and bring reality to the equation.buying rentals is not a set it and forget investment no matter what.can be with really special A class to strong B class but no way with blue collar 800 to 1000 dollar tenants.. don't care where how or what.. they are all people. some are pigs some are clean and neat some in the middle and you can't tell with an application .I suspect if you took the time to go check out their automobile before you rented to them.. or did a sneak pop in on where they are living now before they move into yours you might catch the pigs before they move into your freshly rehabbed home.
