Septic needs to be looked at; it was working just fine the last year we used the system (but there was a rough patch a year ago with the leach field when we didn’t maintain it).Other things would be the deck needs new paint, the sliding doors are off kilter and need to be replaced.

I basically hate everything about my W-2 job except Mentoring employees.I’d like to go into real estate full time in some capacity and wondering if there is a way I could leverage mentoring/coaching to pivot my career full time into real estate?

They had a career (possibly dual career family), lived below their means and invested.

Leveraging a property management company might be a good move to ensure your investment is hassle-free while you focus on your career.

We signed up with them 4 or 5 years ago and feel it was one of the best decisions of our investment career.

I have thought about pivoting from my current career (industrial construction) to a W2 real estate career to further grow my knowledge… my side hustle is actually captaining a charter fishing boat which has always been my life passion and dream career.
