Hello there malcolm-Welcome to the biggerpockets community and I hope you have much fun browsing through all of the forums and threads.

We also have contact with investors who purchase hotels and casino/hotel complexes.

But if you read through and browse around a bit it could just be a wholesale site...maybe I am wrong.It looks like a whole saler is just using the internet and posting his findings for investors to browse and eventually purchase.

I was browsing the forums but could not find a pre-existing discussion that provided enough information on manufactured home investing.

I remember the MGM sales people saying that got you “access to everything the casino below has to offer...” so like the ame access as a homeless person?

So far, my only experience in it has been the books I've read, the online discussions in places like BP, and browsing real state listings in the newspaper and Craigslist.I would love to find a way to actually "take the plunge" and buy my first property, but like many others, I'm just kind of nervous about it.
