Their under management cost me two events with VERY costly repairs and they did not stand behind their services.

We've been in communication about getting everything repaired until they found out the contractor said it would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to fix the spots of drywall that have been removed and to repaint, etc, and now their responses to my texts are less and less.

Break it down:-if the place wasn't ready for an inspection and you were told it was, then rather than ask them to pay for a second inspection...ask for the costs of all of the repairs.
