We were in contact with her all the way up until an hour before we were supposed to meet her for a final walk through but when the appointment time came she never showed and cut off all communication and on top of that left the house completely trashed and with a bunch of belongings still in it.

@Matthew @Matthew HamiltonundefinedAs Tim mentioned, you need to stay in LE, doesn't matter where or what so long as it's still in LE.Yes, getting your license is the best way to start out and yes, it can be part time.A friend of mine is retired HPO and was a RE Broker, shift work is really tough trying to make appoints around but it can be done.

@Sean Bell call and make an appointment with a local civil engineer.. they will know most of this stuff off the top of their head.. then you have land planning companies..once you get an idea you contact local planning for a pre app.. then go from there.but don't waste the civil's time is you don't have the means to develop..
