What software or app or platform does everyone use to keep track of all their personal investments?

I’ve built a mobile friendly web app designed to organize information for landlords and I was planning on adding applications to it next so this is good timing.

Stress will tend to reduce, income goes up, more efficient with time,etc.There are apps that log time on desktop and your phone.  

@David Acevedo would the end user receiving the message need to have an app installed on their phone in order to receive the message?

First up, I intend to mail to substitute trustees and people who are nearing or in pre foreclosure.

Ive found that as you build a relationship w/ them and do more deals, they get more lax and may pass on small things such as app fees.

Connected a bunch of apps like callrail, mailchimp, zapier, slybroadcast, etc.
