@Achraf El Churafa I’ve had bad and good luck with Craigslist, there is also allot of handymen or people offering their trade service on the APP LETGO I’ve had good luck there.

my hard money lender said that if the expense/repair is not on the SOW that I submitted to them before funding the loan, then those funds are not allotted.
