The cost just doesn’t outweigh the benefits when almost everything I personally looked up to get assignments done in college was with YouTube and Google.

I have put out several line by line bids of my company's work on many of our property offerings, YouTube videos and right here in the BiggerPockets forums.I have never shy'd away from sharing that information.

I discovered BiggerPockets when I started doing YouTube searches on the topic. 

I know there are a few videos on youtube worth watching about how to generate your own leads and with minimal amount of money you can use options such as direct mail, signs, a website where distressed owners can input their information and it will relay them to your email. but definitely worth looking into. 

I have been watching many YouTube videos and podcasts about real estate investing.

I have consumed so much of time trying to read and watch youtube videos on the residential side of things (to the point I think I am suffering from information overload and absolutely need to just DO it). 

Like many of you, it started with Rich Dad, Poor Dad, then to Youtube, along with a ton of other quality books (Many by the awesome @Brandon Turner). 

Stayed in East Nashville with some friends on the way to this music festival in Franklin.

It's a genre of music I don't listen to and he does, so needless to say, I'm out $5 and will now be taking Annie's advice.
