So they aren’t married but maybe they are like me and would rather invest their time and energy in their careers and financial future rather than plan a wedding :)

Currently I am finishing up my BA at UPenn and I work at Wharton in Marketing along with doing wedding photography on the side.

I ran into my parents neighbor at my sisters wedding and asked him if he was interested in selling his 4 plex.

Also I have an expensive wedding to pay for and the deadline is approaching fast! 

There is no ritual or ceremony to begin an organic mentorship, it really just happens naturally over time as you associate with the right people, the people who are actively doing what you would like to do.

Marketing to wedding groups, even having a reception area on your property could help elongate the season.
