I made some changes to my profile based off of recommendations on this post.

You have to figure out what investment profile works for your situation. $100 monthly profit per door doesn't allow much room for things to go wrong, and they do.

Just a suggestion, you should put a profile pic up on your BP profile, it helps build your credibility.

As some have already mentioned earlier in this thread- if they have a listing and a user wants more info and the user doesn't click on the listing agent's profile, that lead would have been sent to me (a "premier agent").

Another route is to run a search for your area(s) of interest, see who pops up and check out their profiles.

Obviously in terms of risk profile leasing to a marijuana tenant ranks relatively high, but is it any worse than the liability exposure if you have a tenant polluting your property for example?
