I'm avoiding deals provided through platforms like FundRise, RealtyMogul, CrowdStreet, etc since often times those deals are the worst in terms of performance. 

Any other social media/marketplace platforms? 

I am building a 12 unit glamping resort and want to setup a direct booking website. Does anyone have recommendations or good experience with a company that handles this?

I’ve hear a lot of good things about REsimpli but have never seen it or played with the platform.

Late last week we went live on booking platforms, and while reservations are slow, we received our first booking for Memorial Day weekend.

I also believe that we can utilize technological tools such as data analytics platforms and market research databases to track key metrics, market supply and demand, rental rates, and occupancy trends.
