I tried using Wave when it first came out and loved it (because that was before Mint did personal & business), but then Wave "upgraded" it's interface and I found it difficult to use after that.

So I would say that zillow is useful enough at least to someone like me.I've tried redfin but find the interface less than intuitive and don't really believe it gives me the information I like to see when evaluating deals.btw: I use realtor.com, hudhomestore, hubzu and homesearch for finding the homes.

The challenge in the space if you either pay for a company’s excessive marketing budget or deal with some seriously awful interfaces that are common in the legacy enterprise software space because traditional short term rental managers were large firms that required managing hundreds of rentals at a time and could pay a full-time person to just sit there and learn the software.

At the time, they were not a good fit for my business since they didn't provide all the features that we were looking for and their interface was a little confusing to use too.
