What are your thoughts on RentRedi?

Hi!

Is anyone currently using RentRedi? I am having a hard time adding my manager to view what I have set up. Everytime he logs in, nothing is showing. How has been the app for you if you are using it? I'd love to hear your input on RentRedi.

I tried using RentRedi earlier this year for my property management company, and I enjoy the dashboard showing me my priorities, and it has helped me be more professional in handling maintenance requests. However my issue comes in when collecting rent. I had a couple tenants use local banks in Kansas City, and RentRedi doesn't have them as an option for my tenants, so we've had to find other ways to collect rent. Their other option would be to use a credit/debit card and RentRedi was going to charge them $75 to do that. It seems like they are making improvements, but just don't have the scale for it yet.

I used RentRedi years ago so I'm sure that they have probably updated their features and software since then. At the time, they were not a good fit for my business since they didn't provide all the features that we were looking for and their interface was a little confusing to use too. We then switched to Innago and have been using them ever since. We love Innago and it's helped us tremendously with our business. However, I suggest you try out a few software options before selecting the one that you want to switch to.
