@Zackarias AitchisonI'm not sure what kind of system you're looking to build but there are plenty of resources for Canadians who want to invest in the US and BiggerPockets is obviously one of them.What makes Mexico a hot place to invest right now is the current and upcoming surge in tourism and remote workers and digital nomads while real estate prices are still a bargain compared to the US.

@Will CruzReplying back to the title of your post.I think we are in for a decrease in the rapid pace of home price increases, multiple no contingency offers and overall hype around the country with the 30 year average primary mortgage climbing over 5 and a quarter.Nevertheless, Tampa is landlocked on 3 sides and we don’t foresee inbound net migration slowing anytime soon.
