I'm in the middle of a purchase with him and his KC affiliate, and so far so good.

The middle of the day is a bit slower.

As we know vacancy rate is directly linked to the price (unless the property has a problem or is in the middle of nowhere).

The two 1-Bdrms and two studios will need new kitchens and bathrooms.We are currently (as of 9/16) in the middle of renovation, but I will take it back to the beginning and highlight key areas and lessons learned. 

There's a narrow band in the middle with good rates that you typically see advertised, then a "high balance" range where they aren't so good, then a "jumbo" range where they get better again (sometimes we find ways to shove "high balance" loans into "jumbo" for that reason).

Also, if you are in the middle of the UD lawsuit please go through all the way so that they have it record on their record so that other landlord are aware of it too. 

I am actually in the middle of a Rehab for a BRRRR strategy and I will be putting a tenant into the property soon and hope to refi out of my short term hard money.  

Then I'd fill in the middle sections at points and drop a cap made of bent pieces of trim coil over the whole thing.

I don't want to deal with zillow's middle man.
