There is a meet up every other Thursday or at village inne on Sheridan with the local reia club if you want to come some time. 

Parking in East Village is never a problem and there’s a wide variety of food, entertainment, and coffeehouses that make East Village a peaceful and pleasant community to be a part of!

Even for the ones the village requires me to pay (i.e. water/sewer bills), I re-bill that back to the tenant Plus I PM my own properties.As far as leveraging your properties, I would definitely say to do it.
