Newbie from Tulsa

Hello,

I am a new investor from Tulsa, OK. I have been lurking and reading a lot on the forums and finally decided to post. I plan on being a buy and hold investor and create a portfolio large enough to retire on in 10 years. My wife and I bought our first property at then end of April for 58K, put in 12K in renovations, an ARV of 100,000 to 110,000 and now have it rented for $1050 a month. I couldn't have done it without biggerpockets.
