I have joined the lubbock REIA group that i found in lubbock, but the site is listing Fox and the Hound as the meeting place, and that establishment has been closed. 

Also, he stated, I learned in college, and I have heard on TV on CNBC/Fox Business/Bloomberg, that when cost of borrowing rises the value of the asset decreases, but numerous other things kick in inflation and the sort.But he basically said the value of the asset and cost of borrow is an inverse relationship when controlling for inflation, and scarcity (demand).

Do you have experience with the law firm Fox Rothschild or do you use a different firm?

Or those who advocate courage while staying in the fox hole. 

I would hold off on Marist student housing for now; Fox Run @ Fulton is building their phase 2 and will be leasing summer 2017; not sure how many more beds with this project.I do noticed on CL that houses that used to charge Marist students average $700 per room not including utilities; these days I am seeing $500 all inclusive.  

@Michael R Fox and I recently bought our first two SFRs in some quiet neighborhoods on the outskirts of Milwaukee. 

Not too early to pencil in the next meetup.The Fox and Hound in Arlington is a good central DFW place to meet.The date to aim for ........Monday, July 23 @ 7:30 pm.I know not everyone will be able to make it and weekends would be better.
