I always phrase is as "don't let the tax tail wag the business decision dog". 

It seems like there are mixed opinions on this with some folks saying it's impossible to cash flow here, while some others are only willing to invest here given the natural tail winds (limited supply, proximity to ocean, good weather, higher income renters, etc.), in fact, MeetKevin recently said he only invests in SoCal.Thanks in advance. 

I'm still standing though.Every claim you made I shut you up with evidence proof, data and now your tail is between your legs.

The good news is that it's still a fantastic market, you just need to work your tail off if you're going to get into it at this point.
