I can’t really give input as to whether or not it is a good deal, but I would echo the article that for locals, the city has seemed to lose some of its charm.

It is a perennial tourist attraction and the charm of an older city never gets old.

I think what your missing is there chaining themselves to tree's to try and save the charm etc. of the neighborhood they live in.
