A broker sent me the deal and we were able to agree to a price with seller financing and lock the deal up early enough and negotiated terms and renovation credits from there.

Hey @Rene HosmanAs a NYC broker, I can tell you that zoning knowledge is absolutely crucial for spotting opportunities, especially in urban markets. 

i can't speak to what their overall customer service has been because we only know what's in your post. 

If the broker you worked with was paid by the lender, the lender will ask for their commission back.
