Hey everyone, I recently purchased my first SFH this year in Indy, the purchase turned out to be a success and I am waiting to see how this Corona Virus situation unfolds until I look for more.My question is to people who are currently investing in Indy, what zip codes/townships are you most prevalent in?

@Lucy Iburg well, right now, Airbnbs and other weekly/daily rentals aren’t allowed anywhere in Miami because of Coronavirus.

Investors who lost money in the stock market won't pull out their funds to invest in real estate until the market recovers and they are back at pre-coronavirus levels; this leaves investors with cash from savings, self-directed IRA funds, or 1031 money, which cuts out a significant percentage of investors.
