PS I owe our success to this project to my Wife.. if we listened to our GC he would have put in what all the other  GC or builders do..

In each instance, fault was on person B (Yourself in this scenario) and NOT on person A who the tree trunk was on there property but limbs overhanging neighbors, AS LONG AS they had readily allowed and made no conflict to person B cutting out/down whatever was projecting onto there property line. 

Generally I would say short term projects. 

I have plenty of time at the moment since I finished a project in my 9-5 and am unemployed till I start another project in spring.

I learned a lot from both projects and hope to learn more.
