My advice is, do your research further, most areas with an entry level of 120k or below will rank as "higher" than average in violence, but you can use Google streets to look around neighborhoods, also prior to buying in Arkansa I called some realtors that didn't know I was buying there and asked about neighborhood and etc...

Disappointing.My understanding is that, in Arkansas, I'll have to pay a $150 Annual LLC Franchise Tax Report each year if I a buy house in an LLC's name.Does anyone know if there are other fees/taxes I'm overlooking if an LLC owns the rental property in Arkansas?

Also, does the price of services sound very competitive (let's say $300 for 4k photos, vids, 3d tours, virtual staging, ar tours, and realtor brochure creation)?
