I am getting back into WholeSaling and I am currently in the process of constucting my LLC along with it's Web-Page!

In terms of answering questions i was thinking that I would design a web page & arrange for an information sheet to be handed out in return for their contact details.

I've got comps, photos, and video on a webpage.

Check out local real estate blogs, property management company web pages and more general type publications like newspapers.

I was beginning to think this webpage was full of the people from the area I live in. 32 views and no responses...It's hard to be motivated in a society of people where .03% of them are helpful!

There are 6 "Harris PCT" links on the webpage that describe the properties, opening bids, etc.Property sold at a tax sale is subject to a statutory right of redemption.

A quick look at the FEMA web page looks like it is in a flood zone (it appears to be in zone AE).

For example the web page of the property record from the property appraiser's site, a pdf of the comps, an excel spreadsheet of the bid, pictures etc.

Still learning to navigate the web page.

The government webpage for the locality where the property is located should give you some direction.
