The best example is tenants who don't know how to change a faucet washer, had few of those, and I had to go over to do it.

They are wanting the utilities to be included, along with washer/dryer, however as stated in the listing, and repeated to them, the house is not furnished and only offers washer/dryer hookups. 

Also, don't overlook the simpler ways of adding value like adding a washer and dryer to a unit or other amenities a deal might not have.

We let it ride & then found it was her brother going through a tough separation so occasionally he needed to get away.
