The deal fell through because I couldn't line up the financing during COVID......God/Universe has a way of looking out for us...As investors, a crucial skill we develop is to take our emotions out of the situation/deal, but that is hard when we have invested a lot of time and money into a deal. 

This helps the process move much quicker on my virtual deals.

I do hope it get leased up fast, some universities the rents are up again for next year.I just feel it’s too soon to rejoice on this.

Plus so many companies moving and developing here like Amazon, FB, Google, Nationwide, Honda, Ohio State University, Intel, etc.

People going to the university for whatever reason? 

If it’s in Michigan and you put it in a Wyoming LLC, what will happen is they’ll sue you in Michigan and it will still go by Michigan law…Wyoming law will have virtually no bearing.

I'll also be attending the Momentum2025 virtual event next month.I'm trying to take as much action as possible but I know the ultimate action would be to close on my first rental property.Here is my question for everyone.
