And like most things real estate is location location location.. and our little community of 90 homes borders a year round river ( the Mollala) to the South the finnest retirement community basically in Oregon called Hope Village to the north.

The manager and mngt company work in tandem daily to manage tenants, buildings, maintenance, contractors, accounting, escrow, HR, taxes, fair housing, municipalities, legal etc… It does take a village for sure. 

We recently bought on an auction a condemned 6-unit property (7200 sql) in Slavic village.

My wife and I have been investigating developing a tiny home village in Central Texas.  

I also drove around chalet Village and I would say 60 to 70% of the cabins did not have cars parked in front of them.  

I'm particularly passionate about trying to find funding for a tiny home village we are trying to finance. 

Chalet Village is prime real estate.
