This virus is going to hurt many people, not just financially. 

I like a house hack as long as it is saving you money overall, and will cash flow once you move out.I do feel that $320k is a bit of a low offer, but in light of the whole situation going on with the virus my thought is that market prices might drop a bit.

Since this recession is not being driven by an economic downturn due to the Covid-19 corona virus, I think the main threat to landlords is tenants falling behind on rent due to temporary job losses.

This virus thing will be behind us a few months from now.

With the virus around I'd imagine that people will be wary of Airbnb's due to variations in cleanliness and veer towards conventional hotels.

Like @Lucas Carl, my cancellation setting has remained at the strict level because at least until April 14th, it doesn't matter what the setting is when it comes to the Corona Virus issue.

The focus should be on this virus and what it takes to get people to take a measured approach and not panic.

Planned on AirBnB before the Corona Virus pandemic.

The after math once a tenant does vacay a home/unit is beyond past due rent or another vacant unit.let's consider...the unit is vacant, potential new tenant comes, new tenant wants a professional cleaning-To ensure this virus does Not spread consider hiring a professional hazmat type cleaner.No one wants claims of a unsantized home.This is far bigger than No rent payments. 

Eventually they have to catch up though, because the virus will be over.By the way, is there a way we as landlords can report late rent payments to credit bureaus?
