I think we all see your points and it concerns us as well, that's why we are attempting to stop the utter nonsense the best that we can now.

If you're putting in a full application on a property that's listed just to see if you can get approved there, then "deciding to wait" for a year, then yes, you are utterly and completely wasting their time.

I've lived in this area for 20+years and the growth has been utterly astounding in the last ten.
